These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Junior Seafood website (junior-seafood.ae), our online ordering platform (order.junior-seafood.ae), and any related services provided by Junior Seafood (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including but not limited to the UAE Federal Civil Transactions Law, the UAE Electronic Transactions and Commerce Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021), and the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

Junior Seafood is a Thai seafood restaurant chain established in 2013, operating multiple branches across the United Arab Emirates in Sharjah, Ajman, and Dubai. We provide dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and catering services.

3. Use of Our Website

4. Online Ordering
Our online ordering platform at order.junior-seafood.ae allows you to place food orders for delivery or pickup from any of our branches. The following terms apply to all online orders:
4.1 Order Placement
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the prices displayed. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases where items are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, or we are unable to deliver to your location.
4.2 Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure that prices are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Payment can be made through the payment methods available on our ordering platform. All online payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
4.3 Delivery
Delivery times displayed at the time of ordering are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, weather conditions, traffic, and other factors beyond our control. We make every reasonable effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Delivery is available within our designated service areas. If your delivery address falls outside our coverage, you will be notified during the ordering process.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Junior Seafood is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
4.4 Pickup Orders
If you select pickup, your order will be prepared at the selected branch. You are responsible for collecting your order within a reasonable time of the notified pickup time. Orders not collected within 60 minutes of the estimated pickup time may be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
5. Menu and Product Information
We take great care to describe our menu items and display images as accurately as possible. However, food images on our website are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual dish served due to variations in ingredients, portion presentation, and seasonal availability.
We may modify our menu, introduce new items, or discontinue existing items at any time without prior notice.
Allergen Information: While we strive to provide accurate information about ingredients, our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients including shellfish, fish, nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs. Cross-contamination may occur. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, we strongly encourage you to contact the relevant branch directly before placing an order. Junior Seafood cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Cancellation by the Customer
You may cancel your order without charge if the cancellation is made before the restaurant has begun preparing your food. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible and no refund will be issued.
To cancel an order, please contact the branch directly by phone as soon as possible.
6.2 Cancellation by Junior Seafood
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time due to item unavailability, operational issues, pricing errors, or any other reasonable cause. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
6.3 Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, or if the quality of the food does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery at junior.seafood@hotmail.com or by calling the relevant branch. We will investigate your complaint and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
6.4 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after the order has been prepared or dispatched.
- Failure to collect a pickup order within the specified time.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
- Complaints made more than 2 hours after delivery without reasonable justification.
7. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts, voucher codes, or special offers. The following terms apply:
- Promotional codes are valid for the period and conditions specified at the time of issue.
- Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Promotional offers are intended for personal use and may not be resold, transferred, or commercially exploited.
- We reserve the right to void orders or cancel discounts where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.
8. Catering Services
Junior Seafood offers catering for private and corporate events across the UAE. The following terms apply to catering orders:
- All catering requests are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- A catering quote provided by Junior Seafood is valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- A deposit may be required to confirm a catering booking. The deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Cancellation of a confirmed catering order must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Final guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event. Any changes made after this deadline are subject to availability.
- Junior Seafood is not liable for delays or failure to perform catering services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, or government restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Junior Seafood website — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, logos, brand names, graphics, page layouts, and design elements — is the property of Junior Seafood or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
The Junior Seafood name, logo, and tagline “Senior in Taste” are trademarks of Junior Seafood. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
10. User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to us through our website — including feedback, reviews, messages through the contact form, or social media interactions — you grant Junior Seafood a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for business purposes, including on our website and social media channels.
You confirm that any content you submit is your own original work, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.
We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion without notice.

- Any delays, failures, or disruptions in food delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Junior Seafood, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, or your violation of any applicable UAE law or regulation.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to food delivery platforms (such as Talabat), social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube), and payment processing services.
These third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies. Junior Seafood is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.
14. Force Majeure
Junior Seafood shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, power outages, internet disruptions, supply chain failures, and severe weather conditions.
In the event of a force majeure situation affecting your order, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and provide a suitable alternative or full refund.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
